Nick Jonas, Matt Damon, Miami, cuts price, lowers price, Yoko Ono's NYC 3-bed penthouse is re-listed for $6.5 million, though she says the building's co-op is interfering. John Lennon's widow bought it for her son, Sean, in 1995, who lived there only a few years. Ono is suing the co-op board for delaying a possible sale. A family placed an offer, but she alleges the co-op prefers an empty unit with "an owner who pays the bills but isn't around." This isn't the first time Ono tried to sell. As recently as July 2013, it was listed for $8.995 million. It has a private entrance with private garage and elevator, greenhouse, rooftop deck, and terrace. Ono currently lives in The Dakota, which was the site of Lennon's 1980 murder.
